Water is the cradle of life<\/em> itself, and all living organisms are composed mostly of this unique element, which exists in all three states: liquid, solid and gas.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n It is the most valuable and abundant commodity in nature, biologically fundamental<\/em>, covers most of the planet, and thanks to this blue vastness, which connects all the landmasses, navigators of the past were able to discover the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our body is composed of 2\/3 of water and in order to be well we need to drink about 2lt a day, in fact thanks to water we eliminate all the harmful substances<\/em> that accumulate of our body. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition to the biological benefits, the mere sight of a calm body of water infuses the soul with serenity, peace and well-being. The trickling, the slow flow of a stream, the lapping of waves on the hull call up gentle sounds that soothe the spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Earth: the blue planet<\/em>; we are surrounded by oceans and seas, life originated in the primordial seas, and the benefits this expanse of salt water has on our bodies is amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “Going to the beach”<\/em> is prescribed by doctors as it brings benefit to various conditions including respiratory, pulmonary and epidermal. Even just being able to sit near it for several hours has benefits<\/em> on our bodies as the concentration of mineral salts released into the air through evaporation is invigorating<\/em> for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The water gives us many activities to do, it is present in so many sports and satisfies every type of person, from the most adrenaline-driven who can try their hand at deep-sea sailing, kite surfing or the new Fliteboard, to the more sedate who like to swim peacefully while watching the seabed with a mask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Among the most beautiful experiences one can have on the water is sailing<\/em>; gliding on the water propelled by the wind frees the soul, instills security and creates bonds among participants; it is such a positive experience that it is even suggested by psychotherapists for family and couples therapies.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe benefits of water on human beings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
