A weekend designed for your palates in which you will taste some of the excellence of the area.

Alice in Waterland is a beautiful 15-meter sailboat, equipped with all the comforts, and heating to make it a unique location,is moored just a stone's throw from the historic center of Izola.

We will prepare for you on the evening of your arrival a welcome dinner consisting of three courses, with local and seasonal products, in a menu tailored for you. The next day you will wake up to the smell of homemade cake and sip coffee on the sofa while admiring the snow-capped Alps. Weather permitting we will sail into the Gulf of Trieste, and on the way back you can explore Izola, which offers several activities to do including getting lost in its narrow streets and discovering Venetian palaces through the historic center. For those who enjoy walking, an undemanding route with breathtaking views will take you to the Strunjan Nature Park, overlooking the sea.

Toward evening you will be welcomed to the Santomas Estate, in the foothills above Isola, where an expert guide will give you a tour of the cellars and reveal the secrets of this historic winery. This will be followed by a wine tasting with five glasses of the best wines from this winery that has won many awards over the years. An aperitif with local products will be prepared to accompany it, and you will be able to taste cured meats, cheeses and the oil produced on the estate. This weekend is designed for those who love good wine and good food, let the flavors of Malvasia and Refosco and the magic of Alice in Waterland envelop you!
